- Usually MOQ is 50pcs. However, we are able to work with smaller quantities on a case-by-case basis.
3. When I re-order my lapel pin, should I pay the mold fee again?
- NO, we'll keep each mold for 3 years, during this time, you can re-order without mold fee.
4. I need some lapel pin very urgent. Do you offer a rush service?
- For most items, it will need only 7-10 days when in a rush. Depending on your item, our sales will check schedule and get a fastest production time for you.
5. My lapel pin need to display, any show box?
- Yes, we could also provide plastic box, paper box, velvet box for pins, medals, etc.
6. What type of format does my artwork need to be in?
- We can accept artwork with any of the following type of files;.ai, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .ppt, .doc, .pdf, .bmp, .tiff, or .psd.
7. Do you sell or stock the designs that you show on your web page?
- All of the designs that you see on the web page are previous designs that we have created for other clients. We do not stock any lapel pins however we can create any custom design that you want.
8. What is the turnaround time for custom lapel pins?
- Once you have received your proof and pricing, approved the digital proof and paid for your order we will begin production and be ready to ship within 5-7 business days. The order will then be shipped via UPS /DHL/FEDEX or other option you required.
9. I received my lapel pin, but it's wrong, how could I do?
- If you provide wrong info and confirmed wrong artwork or production plan, then sorry you will afford to re-make them.
- If we made products wrong with our artwork or production plan, we'll re-make for you for free.
- If you are in a rush for the wrong items, so have no time for the re-making, please be kind to accept our sorry and discount for you.
10. Do you guarantee your products?
- Backs each and every product we manufacture with our 100% Quality Guarantee. We will replace (at no additional charge to you) any defective custom product. We only require that you submit your written claim of defective product to us within 30 days of receipt. For purposes of this question, the term "defect" or "defective" means a manufacturing error.
11. Can I get samples or product catalogue?
- Yes, we offer free sample in stock, and you just need to pay the freight. We can also provide you with an electronic catalogue.
